I appreciated the hotel's convenient location. Everything I needed was available. The hotel information system was interactive and very helpful.

The air conditioning seemed to be centrally controlled. I could not adjust the thermostat in my room.

I found the location excellent. It allowed easy access to transportation. the readily available toiletries and towels were replenished every day, A NICE TOUCH. the city view from my room was also quite nice. i appreciated the polite staff i encountered .

the hotel provided hygiene sets and even a complimentary drink. the sento on the 17th floor WAS AMAZING after a long day.

the room was small. the bed and bathroom were also TOO SMALL and cramped.
